It's Never too late for that. We're done with last year's vacations and travel and are about to start this year's. If you were asked to mention 3 tourist attractions you know in Nigeria, you would be quick to mention Obudu Ranch, Olumo Rock, Yankari Game Reserve. Then if you wre asked to mention 5, I guess you'd be stuck on thhe third one. How much of our country do we know of. Here's a list of 5 tourist attraction site you may have never heard of.
1. Oguta Lake Holiday Complex in Imo State
Natural confluence of Oguta Lake and Urashi River.Cruiseboat services. Golf Club Bar House/Oguta Lake Motel for refreshment, lodging and feeding. Mini children recreation park
2.Azumini Blue River Rose in Abia State
Azurnini Blue River is located in Abia State towards its boundary with Akwa lbom State. The River has become a resort for tourists because of the pleasantness it offers. The attractive features of the River include its crystal-clearblue water; canoe rides; sandy beaches with such relaxation facilities aschairs and tables. At the beach also, BBQ grill are delicacies provided for picnickers.
3. Gurara falls in Niger State
The falls are gigantic during the raining season, it has pools you can swim, you can have picnics around and it has some history tied to Mongo Park
Okomu National Park in Edo State:
The second largest forest reserve in Nigeria lacated in Edo state, boasts of rare and endangered species of animals especially primates. Cool place!
5. Ibeno Beach Resort in Akwa Ibom State:
Ibeno sand beach famous for yatching and swimming. Fast developing tourist attraction site still fresh.
